Job summary

JobRx, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our hospital-based team. After initial training, you will develop clinical expertise across areas such as inpatient and outpatient care, medication management, and patient safety initiatives.

Relocation assistance is available to help you transition to our medical center. You will contribute to multidisciplinary committees and process improvement projects that directly impact quality of care while aligning with your interests

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD from an accredited college or university.
• License: Active Indiana Pharmacy License.
• Preferred Experience: Hospital pharmacy within the last 5 years; PGY-1 Residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical expertise across areas matching your interests, including pharmacy student precepting, PGY-1 residency, outpatient pharmacy, oncology, medication management/ambulatory care, and critical care.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary committees and process improvement initiatives that impact patient safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance pharmacy services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college or university.

• Preferred Experience: Recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years (new graduates with strong hospital work experience will also be considered).
• Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a PGY-1 Residency or experience in specialized areas of pharmacy.
• We also welcome retail pharmacists with hospital pharmacy experience.
