Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting MBS evaluations, documenting progress, coordinating with physicians and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and billing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• 1–3 years of Speech Therapist experience in clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies and dysphagia management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and treats speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Performs MBS evaluations in collaboration with Radiology and communicates results.
• Documents progress and outcomes in the medical record daily.
• Maintains accurate billing and charge logs for compliance.
• Collaborates with physicians and teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
