Qualifications

Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
ASHA CCC‑SLP.
Active New York State Speech‑Language Pathology license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Bilingual language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat medically complex patients with communication and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate care plans and provide education and support to patients, families, and staff.
Serve as a clinical resource while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
