Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy.
• BLS/CPR certification required; must obtain within one month.
• Preferred immunization delivery certification and specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescription orders.
• Verify prescription information for accuracy and safety.
• Participate in Quality Management Committee and Quality Improvement Projects.
