Job Details
Essential Duties
- Manage territory for existing TEG customer base.
- Increase product usage at existing accounts and expand the customer base through clinical education of new users, generating revenue growth. Ensure customers can independently, safely, and efficiently operate TEG equipment, software, and disposables, and interpret TEG results across various applications.
- Train new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects of the TEG line. Provide training summaries and follow up with onsite support across different operational areas such as labs, critical care, and OR.
- Provide clinical expertise to help ensure our TEG product line reaches standard of care levels within accounts, using CRM tools and market data.
- Drive and expand existing business by broadening TEG application within accounts, achieving annual sales targets, and ensuring optimal use of assays and software updates through relationship building, education, case support, and market events.
- Visit hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide dedicated onsite support for new TEG customers during implementation, including after-hours support as needed.
- Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns by investigating issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams for solutions.
- Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in societies and conferences.
- Maintain records within CRM on responsibilities and customer interactions.
- Support VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, High-Risk Obstetrics, Liver Transplant, Vascular, and other Critical Care clinicians with TEG.
- Assist customers in customizing training materials and needs.
- Understand the competitive landscape and convert existing accounts to TEG business.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to target key accounts for expansion and forecast revenue during planning and meetings.
- Support regional and national tradeshows.
- Promote device and software upgrades and additional devices.
- Work with the Implementation team during laboratory setup, including training, validation, SOP development, and logistics.
- Develop multi-level relationships, including with C-level executives, within the territory.
- Participate in product development, market research, and launch activities, providing feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

Qualifications
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science (required)
- Master's degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration (preferred)

Years of Experience
3+ years in industry or clinical settings, preferably with complex medical devices or critical care environments.
