What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth with the Territory Manager across a defined territory
• Partner with key physicians, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders to deliver world-class support during cases and procedures

• Collaborate with clinical and service teams to ensure superior physician experience and patient outcomes
• Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)

What We’re Looking For

• Successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of quota achievement OR clinical nurse, tech or previous clinical experience in procedural setting such as OR, cath lab, ASCs, etc.
• Hunter mentality — self-motivated, persistent, and competitive
• High energy, grit, and coachability; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Preferred: Some experience selling into the hospital or surgical
