Job summary
Heartland Men’s Health in Kansas and Missouri seeks a versatile medical professional (Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, CNA, or Paramedic) to support a high-volume concierge practice. You will greet patients, enter data into the EHR, help with paperwork, and assist with records while delivering 5-star service.
Candidates should hold an EMT/MA/LPN/CNA/Paramedic license, HS diploma, strong communication, and computer skills with EHR/CRM systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Active license as EMT/Medical Assistant/CNA/LPN/Paramedic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR/CRM systems.
- Experience in a high-volume service environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with 5 Star Customer Service.
- Accurately entering patient information into the EHR.
- Assist patients with paperwork and form completion.
- Scan, update and file medical records.
- Answer calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash and payments accurately.
- Inform clinic manager of wait times and inquiries.
- Support the practice to achieve its goals.
