What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support and education on CVRx technology and Barostim therapy to healthcare providers
- Facilitate trainings on the application of Barostim therapy to clinicians and hospital staff
- Offer technical support during implant procedures and patient follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to develop and implement effective communication plans for product benefits
- Drive the utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through education and program support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and internal staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Salesforce and other relevant systems
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to master medical and surgical concepts, particularly related to active implantable medical devices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- An advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices
- Knowledge of heart failure or cardiovascular markets and competitive devices
- Proven ability to interact with R&D for customer perspective input on product development
- Previous healthcare experience
