Job Details

Summary: The Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to meet with existing and potential clients, such as physicians and hospital physician office groups, to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. The role involves demonstrating how company products can help meet these needs, providing case coverage, and contributing to sales goals. Must reside in the Orlando Territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide case coverage and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  • Educate customers on the clinical benefits and proper usage of products.
  • Engage in procedural and technical discussions about industry developments.
  • Link clinical data to key messaging effectively.
  • Meet with customers to identify needs and provide solutions using company products.
  • Transfer account knowledge and requested information to the Territory Manager weekly.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong clinical orientation to influence various clinician, nurse, and lab tech personalities.
Education and Experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred; medical training (RN, cath lab technician, etc.) preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of related experience; experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Strong clinical orientation, preferably with products used in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery.
