Job summary

Haemonetics Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Manhattan, NY, to provide clinical sales support for Vascade and EnsoETM. You will lead product adoption, train healthcare professionals, and collaborate with regional teams to meet sales goals while improving patient outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical orientation, 2+ years in interventional settings, and relevant registrations. No direct reports; local education coordination is part of the duties.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training required; health science field preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare experience; medical device industry preferred.
• Registrations/certifications: RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP or First Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for coverage, troubleshooting, in-service education.
• Inform customers on latest product, therapy and technology developments; engage in procedural/technical discussions.
• Link clinical data to key messaging and educate customers on product usage.
• Identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products.
• Collaborate and communicate with sales team daily; share insights on accounts.
• Oversee local education and training activities including coordination and setup of programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and staff to support adoption.
