Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to provide advanced clinical sales support for Vascade and EnsoETM, driving adoption and patient outcomes in the vascular closure and esophageal cooling markets. You will partner with Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams to deliver training, education, and high-quality case coverage within your territory, while operating with independence and accountability.

Mentorship to peers is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training required.
• Registrations or certifications in health science preferred (RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant).
• Typically 2+ years direct healthcare experience plus 2 years medical device industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Account Manager to ensure clinical coverage and outcomes.
• Serves as primary clinical resource for coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Informs customers about latest product, therapy and technology developments.
• Links clinical data to key messaging and educates customers on product usage.
• Meets with customers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions.
• Oversees training activities and coordinates staff education across accounts.
