The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Clinical Specialist I. As part of the clinical support team, you will provide technical clinical expertise and support to colleagues, customers, and potential clients. You will work independently, exercising judgment in planning and executing your work, aiming to improve territory efficiency.

What You’ll Work On
  • Providing technical, clinical, and programming support primarily for 1-2 Territory Managers.
  • Assisting with after-hours call support and activities.
  • Building trust and strong relationships with accounts and customers.
  • Supporting complex programming and case support.
  • Enhancing sales efforts by integrating into accounts and fostering trust.
  • Conducting educational services and PCP work as directed.
  • Engaging with clients and addressing questions on products.
  • Training medical professionals on product use and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining knowledge of accounts, competitors, and developing sales strategies.
  • Participating in trade shows and conferences.
  • Identifying customer training needs to increase product usage and understanding.
  • Ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulations.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintaining positive communication with stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 25% within and outside the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or technical certification; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably with clinical patient interaction.
  • Ability to understand and educate on clinical data related to Chronic Pain Therapies.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically diverse environment.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility with unpredictable schedules and deadlines.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare-related patient interaction roles.
  • Experience with enterprise or cross-division business models.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with Abbott or similar implantable medical devices.

The base pay ranges from $60,000 to $120,000, depending on location.
