Neuromodulation Business

Our Neuromodulation division develops implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to aid those with chronic pain and movement disorders, providing non-opioid therapies across the pain spectrum.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Clinical Specialist I, CPT in Memphis, TN. This role involves providing technical clinical support to sales teams and customers, working independently to identify and maximize sales opportunities, and building strong relationships within the territory.

What You’ll Work On
  • Providing clinical, technical, and programming support, primarily supporting 1-2 Territory Managers.
  • Assisting with after-hours call support and activities.
  • Building trust and rapport with customers and accounts.
  • Proficiency in complex programming and case support.
  • Supporting sales efforts and customer education on Abbott Chronic Pain Therapies.
  • Gathering and analyzing information on products, competitors, and market activity.
  • Attending trade shows and conferences to stay current on product developments.
  • Ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
  • Travel up to 25% within and outside the region as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or technical certification; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably with clinical patient interaction.
  • Ability to understand and educate on clinical data related to chronic pain therapies.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare-related patient interaction (e.g., physical therapy, medical sales, nursing).
  • Experience with enterprise or cross-division healthcare business models.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with Abbott or similar implantable medical devices, especially spinal cord stimulation.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00, depending on location and experience.
