It's Time to Join Stryker! What You Will DoAs the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Spine, you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff, offering on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assisting surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports as per Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system requirements.
Support case coverage at accounts.
Assist in developing and executing the sales plan, increasing the utilization of navigation technologies by expanding volume with current and potential surgeons.
Actively promote the clinical benefits of products and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication regarding product performance.
Obtain purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures and track case coverage purchase orders for services provided.
Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years of clinical experience.
Preferred:
Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
This position involves handling instruments that may be contaminated with blood or bodily fluids. Stryker complies with OSHA regulations to provide a safe working environment.
Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Travel Percentage: 20%
