Job summary

VIDA is seeking an ER or ICU nurse to transition into a Clinical Specialist and Educator role in Texas. Based in the Dallas area, you will support local reps, drive adoption, and ensure efficient training for clinicians on an AI-enabled ultrasound device with wide indications across departments.

Ideal candidates will have strong teaching skills, hospital experience, and bladder scanning expertise to educate and upskill users across clinics and hospitals in the region.

Qualifications

• RN licensed clinician with hands-on ultrasound training experience.
• Experience teaching clinicians and training new users on ultrasound devices.
• Bladder scanning experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Train local reps on device usage and clinical workflows.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new customers and clinical staff.
• Develop and deliver ongoing ultrasound education and upskilling programs.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams across Texas to drive adoption.

VIDA are partnered with an exciting POC ultrasound device scale-up to support their build out of the sales and clinical team. The device has a wide user base with multiple indications and hospital departments is can support from cardiac to critical care, and has AI enabled functionality.

For this Clinical position we are looking for a ER or ICU nurse with a passion for ultrasound and educating/teaching to move into a Clinical Specialist and Educator role working across Texas. Based out of the Dallas area, this person will be supporting the local reps across their existing customer base to drive adoption, support onboarding and ensure efficient training and upskilling of the user base and new customers.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, and enjoy teaching and imparting knowledge to clinicians. Ideally you will have soe experience of teaching or training new users on ultrasound equipment within clinic, and have extensive bladder scanning experience.
