Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to help meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives. CR M seeks collaborative candidates who strive for reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory daily to address unscheduled needs. They must work some weekends and holidays each quarter, as determined by local management. Weeknight call coverage is primarily handled by Sales Reps, but at times, CSs may be scheduled for weeknight coverage with regional approval.

Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support
  2. Complete CR M Field Technical Training, including online and field-based training.
  3. Perform checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems post sign-off.
  4. Support implant procedures of all CRM products post sign-off.
  5. Provide on-call support as needed during evenings and weekends.
  6. Provide troubleshooting support as requested.
  7. Operational Support
  8. Ensure completion of patient registration and hospital documentation.
  9. Manage consignment and trunk inventory.
  10. Support additional inventory needs.
  11. Maintain software on programmers as directed.
  12. Assist with daily coverage logistics.
  13. Educational Support
  14. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and solutions.
  15. Assist with training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps.
  16. Sales Support
  17. Partner with DSM, Sales Reps, and DM to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
  18. Assist in obtaining customer POs.
  19. Understand the competitive landscape.
  20. Identify customer needs and provide feedback to support sales.
  21. Ongoing Technical Development
  22. Stay updated on new products and patient management solutions.
  23. Complete all training promptly.
  24. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma + 6 years healthcare, sales, or related experience OR
  • Associate's Degree + 4 years experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and device industry.
  • Ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications like Salesforce.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent travel to customer sites.
  • Mobility to perform job duties.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods.
  • Environmental exposures including infectious disease and radiation.
  • Ability to wear lead aprons for extended periods.
  • Use of hands and vision for detailed tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Travel Requirements
  • Minimum 10% travel.
