Job summary

Northeast Men's Health in New Haven is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Office Coordinator (Paramedic or LPN) to support a busy concierge medical practice. You will greet patients, enter data into the EHR, assist with paperwork, and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Active LPN or Paramedic license.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite), EHRs and CRMs.
• Flexible and adaptable in a evolving environment.
• Ability to interact with physicians, patients and staff with respect.
• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environment is a plus.
• Experience administering intramuscular injections is a plus.
• Phlebotomy skills are a plus.
• EMR systems experience preferred (1 year).

Our team members support their designated practice by providing exemplary patient care and customer service to our patients. Qualifications

• Up-to-date Medical License as an LPN, or Paramedic.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Computer Proficiency (including Microsoft Suite), EHRs and CRMs.
• Flexible and adaptable. Able to work in a continuously evolving environment.
• Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members with respect.
• Experience working in any high-volume / high-intensity service industry (e.g. hospital, medical office or retail environment) is a plus.
• Experiencing administering Intramuscular Injections.
• Phlebotomy skills is a plus!
