Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Clinical Advisor to join the Solutions team in Las Vegas. You will ensure internal and external customers are trained on SES products and clinical applications, supporting campaigns and new product launches.

Responsibilities include training across sales, ops, and healthcare providers, developing materials with product and marketing, and coordinating with the implementation team for large deployments. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

• Understand SES products and clinical applications across all releases.

• Provide new customer product education for large implementations and coordinate with the implementation team.
• Serve as a divisional resource for SES product questions and drive training plans.
• Identify divisional field training needs with leaders and develop plans to meet them.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure training aligns with campaigns and strategies.

Primary Objectives And Responsibilities

• Having a deep understanding of all SES products, current and all new product as released
• Having a deep understanding of the clinical application and desired outcomes of all SES product
• Training all sales, ops and other internal teams on SES product focusing on the relevant needs of each group, including new hire training, new product training, and new campaign training
• Training all sales groups on SES strategies and campaigns
• Collaborating with product and marketing to produce effective training materials
• Providing new customer product education for large implementations within the division, coordinating and collaborating with the implementation team
• Being the divisional resources for all SES product questions
• Collaborating with divisional leaders to identify divisional field training needs and develop plans to meet them

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy or a related healthcare field.
• Certification in wound care, falls, or safe patient handling preferred.
• Experience in training, primarily sales teams, ops teams, and healthcare providers.
• Experience in the healthcare market required
• Ability to learn new products and sales strategies quickly.
• Ability to create and maintain strong divisional relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams
