Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Program Director to support the five clinicians around providing a high caliber of services to consumers and to meeting our program objectives.
The incumbent will also facilitate intakes and the assignment of referrals. Coordinating service delivery, training opportunities and consultation with our community partners is also a function of the Clinical Supervisor.
Supervises staff involved in providing behavioral health services to patients with serious mental health disorders. Patient care may be provided by a combination of licensed clinicians, as well as counselors and crisis intervention specialists. Assists in ensuring the quality of treatment delivery. Assists with the administration and management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $115,500 - $173,300 (Annual Rate).

Department Description
The Division of Citywide Case Management Programs provides comprehensive outpatient treatment to San Franciscans suffering from severe mental illness, often complicated by substance abuse and/or chronic medical conditions. The mission of the division is to help clients recover prior functioning, while reducing reliance on acute services, and facilitate transitions from ZFGH psychiatric inpatient, jails, or other institutions to the community.
Citywide Flexible Housing Pool Program provide mental health treatment, housing advocacy, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and case management services to 200 formerly homeless clients residing in permanent, scattered site housing provided through the Flexible Housing Pool Subsidy Program of Dept of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, The programs mission is to help residents maintain housing and support their recovery with comprehensive clinical and case management services. Funding comes from the SF Department of Public Health, Human Services Agency, and Prop C. This Program need to work collaboratively with core partners, Brilliant Corners as well as individual landlords and housing management companies to ensure that tenant's right and responsibilities are attended to, while treatment and case management needs are addressed.
