The Centers is hiring a 3rd shift Clinical Social Worker / Therapist at the Glick Recovery Campus in Cleveland, OH. This role supports individuals in acute behavioral health crises from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, delivering assessments, counseling, and care coordination with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.

Licensed Social Workers (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in Ohio with 2+ years of crisis experience are preferred.

Qualifications

We are actively recruiting Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Therapists for our 3rd shift Crisis Services team. As the overnight mental health professional on site, you will serve individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises until they transition to ongoing community services.

Salary range $55,309.50-$78,986.50 +$4.00 Shift Premium.

Work Environment

This role is based in a behavioral health facility serving individuals who may be in acute crisis and experiencing agitation or confusion. 3rd shift clinicians play a vital stabilizing role in this environment and are supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a deep commitment to providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals — especially those living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

In 2026, The Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) — a behavioral health crisis center that includes a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit. The GRC will serve as Cuyahoga County's first 24/7, walk-in behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center, offering people in crisis a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets — while providing symptom stabilization, connection to community resources, and pathways back into the community.
