Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker or IMFT for CSW I.
• Possession of requirements for application for licensure for CSW II.
• Two years of experience working with severely mentally ill adults.
• One year of experience in community-based case management.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 residents and provide individual treatment.
• Conduct intake, assessment, and maintain client records.
• Provide referrals and link clients to outpatient services.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in training sessions.
