Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and work with nationwide clients. The role requires a Master's in Social Work, CMS LTC Basic Training and SMQT, plus at least two years of surveyor experience and active LCSW licensure.

Travel up to 75% is expected; the position is full-time with strong benefits. Excellent independent decision-making and prioritization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work.
• CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT must be completed.
• Two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure as an LCSW must be maintained.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making skills to direct survey processes.
