Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to perform surveys of long-term care facilities nationwide in a technically engaging environment. The role requires an MSW, CMS training with SMQT, at least 2 years of surveyor experience, and active LCSW licensure.

Travel will be up to 75% and the position is full-time with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with generous matching.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT required.
• At least 2 years' recent experience as a surveyor for long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Survey and assess long-term care facilities in accordance with CMS standards.
• Support internal and external clients nationwide with survey findings and action plans.
• Direct and manage the survey process with independent decision-making.
• Prioritize survey tasks and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
