Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to fill an opening with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and will work nationwide from Vermont.

Requires MSW, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, 2+ years surveyor experience in long-term care, and LCSW licensure. US citizenship is required; travel up to 75% is expected. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT are required.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Survey and accredit/certify long-term care facilities.
• Direct and manage the survey process with independent decision-making.
• Ability to set priorities and resolve conflicts during surveys.
