Job summary

Osborne Association is seeking a Clinical Social Worker for its Elder Reentry Initiative in New York. This role provides critical support to older adults post-release, offering short-term therapy and crisis intervention. Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals impacted by the criminal legal system.
• Competence in the criminal justice system and jail/prison settings.
• Ability to travel locally and to correctional facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy and crisis support to participants.
• Deliver on-site support in NYC to help clients with foundational needs.
• Facilitate 'warm handoffs' to community mental health providers.
• Maintain case records and contribute to tracking program effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the ERI team for comprehensive care.
