Southwest Louisiana NWLA HSD seeks a Social Worker to provide recovery-focused services for individuals with addictive disorders and co-occurring conditions. Duties include counseling, case management, and development of treatment plans within a multi-disciplinary team.

Licensed LMSW or LCSW in Louisiana, with a master’s degree in social work and one year of related experience, are required. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm; two sites weekly.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work with licensure requirements stated.
• Current Louisiana LMSW or LCSW license required.
• Minimum one year of social services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts individual, family and group counseling.
• Develops service plans addressing addiction and mental illness.
• Participates in treatment team decisions and plans.
• Manages caseload; schedules and evaluates progress.
• Screening for eligibility and access to care coordination.
• Documents assessment data and treatment interventions.
