Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 0-1 years of experience is required; 3-5 years preferred.
• Social Work or Professional Counselor License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Assist with commitments processing and case management services.
