Job summary

Relient Health in Orono, ME is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a retirement community rehab team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current ME SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFs may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
