Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Skills Program Core Faculty in Nutley, NJ to support the School of Medicine's clinical skills curriculum. The role collaborates with course directors, mentors students in simulations and small groups, and helps manage OSCEs and the standardized patient program.

Requires MD or DO, at least 3 years in medical education, and NJ medical license eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of relevant medical education experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with course and clerkship directors to develop curricula.
• Teaches and mentors students in small groups, large groups, workshops, and simulations.
• Assists in the development and implementation of multi-station OSCE examinations.
• Participates in the Standardized Patient Program management and operations.
• Oversees remediation activities for students and participates in student promotion and support.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
