Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Nutley, NJ invites an MD or DO with 3+ years of medical education experience to join the Clinical Skills Program as Core Faculty. This part-time position is two full days per week (Tue and Wed) with no benefits, focused on curriculum development, implementation and assessment in collaboration with the School of Medicine leadership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of relevant medical education experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, evaluation, and enhancement of the clinical skills curriculum.
• Collaborate with School of Medicine leadership on curriculum planning and assessment.
• Support a three-year competency-based clinical skills training with integrated classroom and clinical settings.
