Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead II - Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team in the United States. You will coordinate site activation timelines, manage SSU processes, and alignactivation budgets with client expectations.

This role involves leadership of SSU teams, collaboration with PMs and sponsors, and ensuring timely, compliant study startup activities. The position offers a base salary with comprehensive benefits, and travel up to 20% may be required to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field or equivalent experience.
5 years clinical research experience in a lead/start-up/PM role or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage teams and sites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work and oversee timelines and quality of deliverables for contributors and collaborate with functional leads.
Organize strategic efforts to drive quality and efficient delivery of site activations per contract.
Present kick-off meetings to align activation strategy and study budget with customer expectations.
Review client objectives, timelines and start-up strategy; monitor budgets and scope.
Communicate with PM and sponsor to ensure vendor documentation for SSU submissions.
Monitor activation status and provide metrics; provide updates to teams and management.
