You will ensure sessions run smoothly, manage lab logistics, equipment, and technology, and support educators across orientation and practice programs.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent) with at least two years of clinical nursing experience; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2 years of general nursing or clinical practice required.
• Experience in a simulation lab or clinical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day simulation lab operations, including scheduling, room setup, teardown, and turnover.
• Prepares simulation environments, including equipment setup, supply staging, scenario programming, and tech testing.
• Operates simulations and equipment to support scenario execution and learner engagement.
• Manages simulation technology during sessions and supports scenario flow.
• Performs routine maintenance and basic repairs of simulation equipment.
• Maintains inventory and ensures readiness of supplies and equipment.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and standardized setup in the lab.
• Collaborates with educators to translate learning objectives into simulation needs.
• Supports orientation, transition to practice, validation, and ongoing education programs.
• Assists with scenario prep, programming, testing, and resetting scenarios.
