Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred Master’s) in Nursing or related field.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS–HCP; national certification in specialty area preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/advanced fetal monitoring/NIH certifications as per specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients and families over 12-hour shifts. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate department activities.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and resource management in the department.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager/Director and other managers to redesign care delivery and ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
