Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; LPN licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare call center or clinical ops.
• Hands-on experience obtaining medication histories.
• Strong pharmacology knowledge and medication safety awareness.
• Familiarity with CMS Stars and HEDIS programs preferred.
• Leadership in virtual or hybrid work environments.
• Proficiency with EHRs and call center tech; MS Office skills.
• Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses as required.
• English reading/writing fluent; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and long-term staffing schedules.
• Coordinate time-off requests, shifts, and real-time staffing.
• Ensure staff adherence to attendance and timekeeping policies.
• Review and approve timecards; resolve discrepancies with HR/payroll.
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing efficiency.
• Support Leads to ensure compliant clinical calls and documentation.
• Assist with CMS Stars and HEDIS KPI tracking and improvement.
• Oversee medication histories and reconcile workflows with pharmacists.
