Job summary

La Frontera Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical - Residential in Tucson, AZ. The role supervises a clinical team and oversees treatment plans, budgets, and program operations to ensure high-quality care within a trauma-informed framework.

The position requires graduate-level education in social work or psychology and at least one year of admin/supervisory experience, with AZ licensure preferred within the first year. Evening availability and driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field and one year of admin/supervisory exp.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work/psychology, or related field; three years direct service exp.
• Associate’s degree in social work/psychology, or related field; seven years direct service exp.
• RN license from Arizona with 3 years clinical experience in community mental health/psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and supervises clinical services for a team or unit.
• Supervises staff in design, implementation, and assessment of treatment plans.
• Participates in unit budget development and monitors revenues/expenditures.
• Conducts team meetings and clinical program planning meetings.
• Provides supervision for client evaluations, intake, and case management.
• Coordinates care and services to enhance physical and behavioral health wellness.
