Pathways in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team, supervise staff, and oversee daily operations of the clinical program. The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field, and supervisory experience. A bilingual (Spanish/English) background is plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Supervisory experience is required and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, develop, and monitor staff on their team.
• Direct and supervise team in counseling, assessment, crisis stabilization, and advocacy.
• Ensure quality, timely documentation and compliance with policy standards.
• Coordinate clinical meetings and assignment of cases for the team.
• Collaborate with Utilization Management/Quality Management; manage budget if applicable.
