The Clinical Services Specialist serves as an Interim Director of Health & Wellness / Clinical Leader during leadership transitions — stabilizing operations, mentoring teams, ensuring regulatory readiness, and reinforcing strong clinical practices. Beyond vacancy coverage, this leader plays a key role in enterprise clinical initiatives, onboarding new clinical leaders, quality improvement, and regulatory preparedness across the Greenbrier portfolio.

This is a travel-intensive road warrior position requiring flexibility, independence, and readiness to deploy quickly — often stepping into communities during critical moments where leadership matters most.

You will be the steady clinical leader when teams need it most — bringing structure, confidence, and clinical excellence during times of transition. Your leadership directly impacts resident safety, team stability, and community success.
