Clinical Services Specialist (RN)
Full-Time | Travel Required
At Greenbrier Senior Living, we believe strong clinical leadership changes everything — for residents, families, and the teams who care for them. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to join our organization as a Clinical Services Specialist (CSS) — a high-impact, travel-based leadership role supporting communities across multiple states.
This is not a routine nursing position. It is a mission-driven leadership role for a nurse who thrives in dynamic environments, leads confidently through change, and is passionate about strengthening clinical teams and improving resident outcomes.
The Clinical Services Specialist serves as an Interim Director of Health & Wellness / Clinical Leader during leadership transitions — stabilizing operations, mentoring teams, ensuring regulatory readiness, and reinforcing strong clinical practices. Beyond vacancy coverage, this leader plays a key role in enterprise clinical initiatives, onboarding new clinical leaders, quality improvement, and regulatory preparedness across the Greenbrier portfolio.
This is a travel-intensive “road warrior” position requiring flexibility, independence, and readiness to deploy quickly — often stepping into communities during critical moments where leadership matters most.
You will be the steady clinical leader when teams need it most — bringing structure, confidence, and clinical excellence during times of transition. Your leadership directly impacts resident safety, team stability, and community success.
This role is perfect for a nurse leader who:
This role is more than a position — it is a calling for a nurse leader who brings strength, clarity, and clinical excellence when communities need it most. The Clinical Services Specialist is a trusted leader, a stabilizing force, and a champion for both residents and the teams who care for them.
If you are a confident RN leader who thrives in dynamic environments, leads with purpose, and is ready to make a meaningful impact across an organization — we invite you to join Greenbrier Senior Living and help shape the future of clinical leadership.
