Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to direct and manage daily clinical operations in collaboration with the Director of Business Development. This role is crucial for delivering quality patient care across home health, hospice, and infusion services.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (MSN preferred), at least 5 years of clinical experience with 2+ in a supervisory role, and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of clinical practice, 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in home-based care environments.
• Current RN licensure in NC or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the BD team.
• Assist with budget preparation and resource utilization.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all three hospitals.
