Job summary

Las Cruces Recovery Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and assist the Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating care systems. This onsite role leads ASAM evaluations, psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, group/family/individual therapies, and Treatment Plans, ensuring safe clinical practices.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree and 3+ years post-degree experience in substance use and addiction counseling,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school in clinical, psychology or social service-related field.
• Three or more years’ experience post-master's degree working with the population of the facility required.
• Skilled in substance use and addiction counseling and assessment and knowledge of regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Review progress, quality, and effectiveness of all clinical programs via live observations and chart audits.
• Implements and monitors the clinical unit program schedule and supports direct care staff.
• Coaches staff to meet department goals and ensure effective and efficient department operation.
• Provides clinical consultation, guidance and supervision to staff.
• Maintains awareness of community and market-related activities affecting mental health and payer needs.
