Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify an experienced Clinical Services Manager to oversee the operational and clinical performance of multiple outpatient imaging facilities. This leadership role is responsible for driving quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, operational excellence, and financial performance across clinical operations.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced radiology professional who combines strong clinical expertise with proven leadership, team development, and healthcare operations management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee clinical operations across multiple outpatient imaging centers.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Manage technical supervisors, imaging staff, and clinical support teams.
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control initiatives to maintain exceptional patient care standards.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
  • Assist with equipment evaluation, maintenance planning, and capital acquisition initiatives.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and expense control strategies.
  • Analyze clinical and financial data to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Resolve escalated patient and referring provider concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Partner with physicians, clinical leadership, and executive teams to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts and support organizational growth objectives.
  • Facilitate team meetings, performance management, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Current ARRT certification.
  • Current New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience with administrative and budgeting responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of radiology operations, imaging equipment, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Experience managing quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with RIS, PACS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Multiple ARRT certifications.
  • Experience managing multi-site imaging operations.
  • Experience with accreditation and quality programs, including ACR standards.
  • Advanced experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning.
  • Previous experience leading large clinical teams and complex healthcare operations.
