Job summary

Oceans Healthcare's Permian Basin campus seeks a Director of Clinical Services (LCSW preferred) to oversee social services, supervision of staff, and adherence to Joint Commission and state regulations as part of our inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.

The role includes supervising social workers, therapists and interns, coordinating discharge planning, maintaining clinical documentation, and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure.
• Master's degree in Social Work and at least three years of full-time psychiatric experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising social workers, therapists and interns.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of social workers, therapists and interns.
• Supervise individual, group and family therapy sessions as indicated.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment teams and chart reviews.
• Meet licensure/certification requirements with staff.
• Lead discharge planning and clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain supportive leadership for staff.
• Provide age/disability/cultural sensitive clinical social work.
• Collaborate across departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
