Oceans Behavioral Hospital Permian Basin is seeking a Director of Clinical Services. The role oversees social services to meet regulatory guidelines, supervises staff, and guides discharge planning.

Ideal candidate is an LCSW with strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills, and experience in psychiatry settings. Inpatient/outpatient services and a collaborative team environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• LCSW Required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Prefer at least three years of full-time experience in psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision of social workers, therapists and interns.
• Supervises individual, group and family sessions per supervisor notes.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team and chart reviews for QA.
• Meets weekly with clinical staff to satisfy licensure requirements.
• Oversees discharge planning and aftercare, and clinical documentation.
• Reviews psychosocial documentation and outcome assessments.
• Leads clinical department and provides staff guidance.
• Provides clinical social work services with age/culture appropriate milieu.
• Fosters cross-department cooperation and performs other duties.
