Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital Permian Basin is seeking a Director of Clinical Services (LCSW preferred) to supervise social services and therapy for adults and seniors. You will oversee discharge planning and ensure adherence to Joint Commission, federal and state guidelines.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, guide clinical staff, review outcomes, and maintain high documentation standards while fostering a collaborative culture within Oceans Behavioral Hospital Permian Basin.

Qualifications

• Must hold state social work licensure (LCSW preferred).
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision of social workers, therapists and interns.
• Oversees individual, group and family sessions as indicated by supervisor notes.
• Participates on the multi-disciplinary team and conducts chart reviews for QA.
• Leads licensure/certification meetings and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Oversees discharge planning and clinical documentation.
