Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic lab tests.
• Conducts EKGs and routine outpatient screening tasks as ordered.
• Assists with minor procedures and maintains sterile technique.
• Handles patient communications, scheduling, and front-desk duties per protocol.
