Job summary

Dhss/Samh is seeking a Clinical Services Administrator for the New Castle County PROMISE Assessment Center. The role develops and oversees policies and procedures, provides technical supervision to staff, ensures quality assurance, and liaises with clinical centers and external agencies to advocate for beneficiaries.

The incumbent ensures contracted providers meet clinical and wellness needs and maintains compliance with program standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in health or human services work.
• Six months experience in health or human services program administration.
• Six months experience developing policies and procedures.
• Six months experience in staff supervision.
• Knowledge of budget management and control.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
