Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• EMR proficiency with eCW preferred and ability to document in real time.
• Strong communication and independent task management skills.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scribe for the attending physician during clinic with real-time EMR documentation.
• Support providers with patient intake, vitals, telephone encounters, and documentation.
• Process referrals, imaging orders, and TE workflows with clinical and admin teams.
• Prepare and facilitate procedural readiness for injections and related procedures.
