Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a Clinical Scribe to support pre-admission assessments and admission coordination. You will work closely with physicians, referral sources, and hospital teams to facilitate timely referrals and ensure appropriate patient care levels.

Under the Director of Business Development, you will document assessments, collaborate with admissions, and contribute clinical expertise to streamline the referrals workflow across 80+ locations, while benefiting from competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Current, unrestricted licensure RN/RT/PT/OT/SLP required.
• Experience in rehabilitation, LTACH, or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-admission assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Complete and update pre-admission documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Admissions Manager, and admissions team to facilitate referral conversions.
• Serve as a clinical resource for referral sources, physicians, and hospital partners.
• Coordinate admissions with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate care levels.
