While not a formal leadership role, the Clinical Coordinator is expected to assist in coordinating day-to-day clinical workflows, troubleshoot minor issues, and support the Clinic Manager and provider team as needed. This role is ideal for high-performing MA who demonstrates strong clinical skills, proactive thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
