Rocky Vista University in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time Clinical Sciences Lab Coordinator to support faculty and students in laboratory-based courses. The position involves assisting with curricular activities, coordinating lab group assignments, and maintaining lab content and materials.

Responsibilities include managing the LMS content, tracking attendance and performance, grading coordination, and supporting adjunct faculty.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty with planning and execution of curricular activities involving labs
• Coordinate and post student lab group assignments
• Set up and maintain lab-based course content and materials
• Calendar curriculum and faculty assignments
• Coordinate faculty teaching assignments
• Manage curricular content in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Track student attendance and academic performance in collaboration with the Administrative Assistant
• Assign and track faculty grading
• Coordinate adjunct faculty teaching assignments and timecard recording
• Provide tech support in lab and with adjunct faculty
• Coordinate lab supplies with Office of SIMS
• Attend department meetings and participate in committees
• Provide individualized student support
• Help build a culture that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Other duties as assigned by the Chair of the Department of Clinical Sciences
